Well I got it and I used it today! oh my is all I can say! I am so out of shape! I did the minimal and was so wore out! I also did my walking on the treadmill before I did it!
I just hope I keep up with it and start to loose some weight! or at least feel good about myself!
I hope the reps of stuff doesn't go up or I'm gonna die! find out tomorrow! but also I have to do the treadmill twice tomorrow! I got the work out plan off the Internet! It starts you out slow but then you keep adding in! So I hope to make it funner this way! I do get so bored on the treadmill. I hope I don't get bored with the WII fit! I hope to keep up with it and open all the games on it! The stupid balance one were you sink the ball in the hole is for the birds! I got only one in! Funny how I forget to lean to the right or left! I guess I will get it soon enough! I couldn't even bat a ball on baseball when I first got it and now I can hit most all of them!
But then I don't want this to get to easy or I know I will just quit it!
